With the appointment of Andreas Kroh, the executive management team has increased to three members. In addition to Kroh, the board includes Matthias Biedenkapp, responsible for Europe-wide sales and relationship management, and Bastian Heinrich, whose responsibilities include software development, scaling of all products and services, and onboarding to the SaaS platform. Andreas Kroh is now responsible for business strategy and organizational development as well as strategic partnering for additions to the service portfolio. He has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, including in his own family business, at DZ Bank AG as Head of Sales in Transaction Banking, and in management consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

UI labs grew strongly in the last fiscal year. As of the end of September 2020, the customer base increased by 30 percent and revenue by 44 percent. The focus of business development is based in particular on high demand for the SimCorp Dimension front-office solution hosted by UI labs, the associated data management for data harmonization and control, and a comprehensive risk management solution. The expansion of the management team is intended to accommodate further expansion goals.
