Your Tasks
- You are responsible for recording, analysing and implementing national and European regulatory requirements, also in comparison with overarching guidelines within the UI Group.
- You continuously develop our internal control system and implement procedures and guidelines in the organisation, including effective controls
- You make all preparations and coordinate the annual auditing of our ISMS in accordance with BSI IT Grundschutz or ISO27001
- You train all employees, support all managers and advise management on strategic and implementation issues relating to IT security, information security, compliance and data protection
- You support the IT strategy, develop and implement IT security guidelines to secure our customers' IT systems and processes and ensure IT governance and compliance
- You identify and assess risks as part of risk and business impact analyses
- You are responsible for our BCM, coordinate regular test procedures and continuous improvement measures together with our data centre operator
- You regularly monitor our outsourcing partners and continuously develop our outsourcing controlling
- You will continue to develop your expertise at the highest level - this not only applies to the modern working environment with a view of the Frankfurt skyline, but also on the effectiveness of our risk and compliance structure and to the lived corporate culture, which offers you a high degree of freedom and opportunities to help shape things
Your Skills
- Successfully completed studies in economics, (business) informatics, (business) law with a focus on IT, organisation, risk controlling, compliance or auditing or comparable training
- Relevant professional experience in the field of ISMS, compliance, data protection, IT security - preferably in the environment of banks / financial service providers / FinTech / RegTech
- KAIT, DORA, DSGVO are just as familiar to you as ITIL, NIST and agile project management
- You are experienced in project work as well as in the conception of technical requirements and their implementation
- You have a sound knowledge of MS Office and an affinity for IT and technology
- You enjoy working independently and are characterised by a high level of commitment
- You have the ability to familiarise yourself quickly with complex issues
- You have a strong customer focus and a willingness to perform as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in German and English
