Client application specialist – Customer Service (m/w/d)

First and second level support using Jira as an incident management system

Your Tasks

  • Acting as first and second level support (Jira, as incident mgmt. system)
  • Coordinate activities with other depart. for benefit of the customer
  • Independently provide extensive front office services (e.g. in the creation of master data, presentation and recording of trades, mand. + volu. corporate actions but also complex derivative transactions) as a part of a business process outsourcing for our customers
  • Implementation of extensive quality assurance measures to ensure the availability and highest quality of the applications at all times
  • Documentation of workflows and collaboration on projects

Your Skills

  • A basic education in the financial industry, e.g. as a bank clerk (f/m/d) or comparable training
  • A sound knowledge of the securities or derivatives business
  • A basic knowledge of MS Office
  • A high IT affinity, user and application knowledge in SCD is an advantage
  • A high level of service orientation coupled with an understanding of customer needs and commercial aspects
  • You are highly committed and have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex issues
  • Willing to work in shifts
  • Good German or good English skills
